The short answer
On October 2, 2026, Kevin (@kevincitooficial11) stopped Bulin 47 outside a restaurant in Spain with a speaker playing a dembow beat. Bulin 47 stopped and freestyled back. Both posted the video the same day, and the clip spread fast enough that Listín Diario reported more than 50 million plays on October 7.
What happened
Bulin 47, whose real name is Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso, is a Dominican urban artist. As he was about to walk into a restaurant in Spain, a fan named Kevin came up with a portable speaker playing a dembow beat and started to improvise. Instead of walking past, Bulin 47 stopped and answered with his own rhymes.
Listín Diario covered the clip on October 7, 2026, and counted more than 50 million plays across platforms (article in Spanish).

People search for Kevin as both “Kevin Wai” and “Kevin Way”. His TikTok handle is @kevincitooficial11.
Why it spread
A stranger plays a beat on the street, and a known artist stops and answers on the spot. The clip is short, the beat is easy to reuse, and the moment works with anyone in Bulin 47’s place. That last part is what turned it into an AI trend.
The AI version
In the AI version, the speaker, the fan and the moves stay, and the man in sunglasses and the pink shirt becomes someone else: you, a friend, or a character. You can make yours from one photo on this site.
